Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: 20 MAY 2026

At Zealed Concepts, our work is built on clarity, trust, and honest communication. That same standard applies to how we handle personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit zealedcon.com, submit our enquiry form, communicate with us, or engage our services; how we use that information; and what rights may be available to you.

1. Who we are

Zealed Concepts is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Georgii Rybakov, Balanchivadze 1, 0160 Tbilisi, Georgia.

For the personal data described in this Policy, Zealed Concepts is the controller where it determines why and how that data is processed.

Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to [email protected].

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to:

  • visitors who browse our website without contacting us;
  • people and businesses that submit an enquiry or contact us by email;
  • clients and their representatives who engage us to provide services.

References to “Zealed Concepts”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the website operator identified above. “You” means the person visiting the website, contacting us, or acting for a business that does so.

3. Personal data we collect

Information submitted through the enquiry form

Our current website form requests the following information:

  • your name;
  • your work email address;
  • your company name, if you choose to provide it;
  • the project context or enquiry information you submit.

We do not request a telephone number through the current website form. If you contact us by email, you may voluntarily provide additional information in your message.

Information from a working relationship

If you become a client, we may process:

  • business information needed to understand your brand, audience, positioning, and objectives;
  • project briefs, feedback, approvals, revisions, and other communications;
  • documents, content, and assets supplied for the agreed work;
  • business and billing details required for invoicing and recordkeeping.

Technical website data

Our hosting and form infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and the date and time of access. This information may be required to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.

We do not currently configure analytics platforms, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling, or third-party advertising trackers on this website.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or comparable technical storage required by the hosting and form infrastructure. We do not currently configure marketing, advertising, or analytics cookies.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where applicable law requires it.

You can restrict or remove cookies using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect parts of the website or form.

5. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • review and respond to enquiries;
  • understand your objectives and recommend an appropriate next step;
  • prepare proposals and communicate about potential engagements;
  • provide and manage agreed services;
  • coordinate projects, maintain records of decisions, and deliver agreed assets;
  • issue invoices and maintain financial and business records;
  • protect the website, our systems, and our legal rights;
  • meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use enquiry information to build advertising audiences, sell personal data, or create behavioural profiles.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to respond to a request, prepare an engagement, or provide agreed services.
  • Legitimate interests: where processing is reasonably necessary to manage business enquiries, operate and secure the website, maintain professional relationships, and keep appropriate business records, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Legal obligation: where we must process or retain information to comply with applicable law.
  • Consent: where we have asked for and received your specific permission for a particular purpose. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

7. Email communication

If you submit an enquiry or contact us by email, we will use your contact details to respond and continue that conversation where necessary.

We do not currently operate a newsletter or automated promotional email programme through this website. If we introduce optional marketing email in the future, we will request any consent required by applicable law and provide a clear way to unsubscribe.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable contractual, accounting, tax, limitation, and legal obligations.

  • Enquiry and contact information is normally retained for up to two years after the last substantive contact.
  • Client and project information is retained during the engagement and afterwards only for as long as reasonably necessary for contractual administration, continuity, the establishment or defence of legal claims, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
  • Invoices and financial records are retained for the period required under applicable accounting and tax law.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it. A deletion request may be limited where continued retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

9. Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it for third-party advertising.

We may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, form delivery, email, document storage, project coordination, invoicing, and other operational services. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

Carrd

Our website is built and hosted using Carrd, a service operated by Carrd Inc. Carrd provides the website and form infrastructure and may process technical information and form-submission data in connection with those services. Carrd states that its service is operated from the United States.

You can review Carrd’s own privacy information at carrd.com/docs/general/privacy.

We may also disclose personal data:

  • where required by law or a valid request from a public authority;
  • to professional advisers where necessary for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes;
  • in connection with a genuine business reorganisation, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required;
  • where you have specifically authorised the disclosure.

10. International data processing and transfers

Zealed Concepts is operated from Georgia and works with businesses and professionals in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States. Personal data may therefore be processed in Georgia, the United States, or another country in which an authorised service provider operates.

Where EU or UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, or another mechanism permitted by applicable law.

11. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to people and providers who require the information for an authorised purpose.

No internet transmission, website, or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry or our work.

12. Your rights under EU and UK data protection law

If the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of personal data in applicable circumstances;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with an appropriate supervisory authority.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.

We will respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, this is normally one month after receipt of a valid request. Where legally permitted, the period may be extended for a complex request or multiple requests, and we will inform you of the extension.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the European Union, you may contact the data protection authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

13. California privacy rights

This section applies only to the extent that the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), applies to Zealed Concepts and to the relevant personal information.

Categories of personal information

Depending on your interaction with us, we may process identifiers such as name, email address, IP address, and business contact details; internet or electronic activity information; professional or employment-related information you choose to provide; and the contents of your enquiry or business communication.

We use this information for the business purposes described in this Policy, including responding to enquiries, providing services, maintaining records, operating and securing the website, and complying with legal obligations.

Your California rights

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable;
  • receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a CCPA right.

No sale or behavioural-advertising sharing

Zealed Concepts does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioural advertising tools on this website.

Submitting a California request

Submit a request by emailing [email protected]. We may verify the request using information reasonably connected to your previous interaction with us. An authorised agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate evidence of authority.

Where the CCPA applies, we will respond within the applicable legal period, generally 45 days after receiving a verifiable request. We may extend that period where permitted and will notify you if an extension is necessary.

14. California Online Privacy Protection Act

Consistent with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”):

  • you may browse the public website without submitting the enquiry form;
  • this Privacy Policy is accessible through a clearly labelled website link;
  • the date of the latest update is displayed at the beginning of this Policy;
  • you may contact us to request access to or correction of relevant personal information.

15. Do Not Track signals

Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no universally accepted technical standard for interpreting them. We do not currently configure behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking technologies on this website.

16. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe that a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

17. Links to other websites

Our website may link to websites operated by third parties, including social media platforms. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the relevant third party’s privacy information before submitting personal data to it.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy when our website, services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.

Where a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.

Terms and Conditions

LAST UPDATED: 20 MAY 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Zealed Concepts website. They do not themselves create a client engagement or replace the separate written terms applicable to any services we may agree to provide.

1. Website operator

This website is operated under the name Zealed Concepts by Individual Entrepreneur Georgii Rybakov, Balanchivadze 1, 0160 Tbilisi, Georgia.

You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act on its behalf in connection with that use.

3. Informational purpose

The website provides general information about Zealed Concepts, our approach, and the types of services we may offer. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on information for a decision that requires it.

4. No offer or service contract

Website content, service descriptions, and responses to an initial enquiry do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee that we will accept an engagement.

Submitting the contact form or sending an email does not create a client, agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship.

A service engagement begins only when its scope, commercial terms, and applicable conditions have been agreed separately in writing. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, that agreement governs the relevant services.

5. Permitted use

You may access and use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

  • use the website in violation of applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure, or information submitted by another person;
  • interfere with the website’s security, availability, or normal operation;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or excessive requests;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit information on behalf of another person without authority;
  • use website content in a misleading manner or suggest an endorsement that has not been given.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, structure, graphics, visual identity, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Zealed Concepts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and retain reasonable extracts for internal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior written permission.

Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Enquiries and submitted information

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the enquiry.

Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, privileged, unlawful, or third-party personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorised to provide it.

Personal data submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy of website content

We aim to keep website content clear and reasonably current. However, information may become incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee that all content will remain complete or error-free at all times.

Service descriptions are general summaries. The actual scope, deliverables, timing, responsibilities, and commercial terms of an engagement are determined only by the relevant written agreement.

9. Website availability and security

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.

We take reasonable measures to operate the website securely, but no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate security precautions when accessing the website.

10. Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or resources. These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties, representations, or guarantees that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

We do not guarantee that use of the website or reliance on general website content will produce a particular commercial, marketing, or business result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zealed Concepts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to access, or reliance on this website or its general informational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability connected with an agreed client engagement is governed by the separate written agreement applicable to that engagement.

13. Privacy

Our processing of personal data in connection with the website is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply regardless of this clause, these Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

Where you use the website in the course of a trade, business, or profession, disputes concerning these website Terms are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Tbilisi, Georgia.

If you use the website as a consumer, this section does not remove any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available to you under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services, or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply from the date the updated Terms are published. They do not retrospectively alter a separate client agreement.

16. Severability and no waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
